Paulie Wally Doodle All The Day's NEW Sunglasses are SOOOOO Great!

Don't be fooled by appearances.. This blog is about sunglasses.

That's Paul (read about him in my Later Days post). Those are his abs---I mean new Marc Jacobs Aviators. They're great, right? A pair like this will put you back over $200 dollars, but our Paulie Wally is a bargainister and bought them off of someone's face. Literally.

As the days get sunnier and sunnier, it is obviously more comfortable to block out some of the light. Sunglasses protect the eyes from UV rays that can cause cataracts and other eye damage. Although this
depends on how much time you spend in direct sunlight, it's a GREAT excuse to buy a pair of shades!

So, more on Paulie Dub.. As he explains, "my glasses are classic and sporty because they're smaller than the average aviator but still have the original style frame." I think he is exactly right. AND, unlike some aviators whose lenses are barely a shade darker than an eyeglass lens, these provide more protection to his eyes! If you see him around the streets of Calabadass in his Z4 convertible, he'll for sure be cruisin' in style with these puppies! You just can't go wrong with MJ.

Random fact: did you know that Marc Jacobs is Creative Director of Louis Vuitton? Phenomenal.

My favorite sunglass designer is Tom Ford. Although the glasses are getting slightly more chic every year, the Tom Ford classic shape remains the same and (I swear) looks good on any face shape. I mean, take a look at Timmy (yes, a grown man named Timmy, not Tim).. He looks fabulous in my last season Tom Fords, and if he can pull them off, girls, you can pull them off. And check out their sexy new ad campaign! Loves it.

Well, I'm waiting for Cielo's Boyfie Tayo to come drink Skinny Bitch margaritas at the pool with me, so I'd better go put my swimsuit on! I'll be sure to wear my sunglasses ;)

Just a reminder, Don't forget to wear sunscreen every day! Skin cancer is a huge trend right now (ha) and I know you've seen those crazy 30 year old women who look like they're 65 after forgetting SPF their whole life. I recommend spray tanning if you want a sun kissed glow. DON'T go to Desert Sun.. they are SO expensive and Mystic tan makes you orange and streaky. I go to Jordan Reghetti for my spray tans.. She's amazing and it's only $35 dollars! One mystic at Desert Sun can be $45+... You might as well get a personalized spray tan for less money that lasts longer and is much better for your skin. So there.
